Add regression coverage for the reconciled Attributes-to-Metadata cloak configuration path and empty credential mode precedence. The covered behavior comes from router-for-me/CLIProxyAPI commit 8fad0d0.

Adds regression coverage for the existing upstream OAuth credential cloak fallback: Attributes take precedence, Metadata supplies missing string values, invalid/nil data is safe, and global/default cloak precedence is preserved.
Validation: focused executor tests, executor/synthesizer race tests, server build, and independent review.
