Add migration 008 to auto-run list

The 008_add_agent_user.sql migration was missing from the migrations list
in store.go, causing it to not run automatically on server startup. This
meant the agent_user column was missing and the server would crash when
agents connected.

Fixed by adding the migration to the list so it runs automatically.
