Replaces public Learn-funnel copy that promised MIC learning rewards with C-369 constitutional language:

Learn → collect Fractal Shards → build portfolio → request Integrity Grade when eligible.

No MIC promises in the Learn funnel. No "push GI to 95" farming language.

Copy only — runtime MIC minting logic is unchanged in this PR.

Includes A3 sweep: guest nudge/badge and covenant moment copy updated to emphasize Fractal Shards over MIC learning rewards.
