• The Claude Code plugin can actually be installed. The README's claude plugin install kajisho5/ffmpeg-skill failed with "not found in any configured marketplace": the repository shipped a plugin manifest but no marketplace. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json now lists the plugin from the repository root. The install is /plugin install ffmpeg-skill --marketplace kajisho5/ffmpeg-skill, or on older Claude Code claude plugin marketplace add kajisho5/ffmpeg-skill followed by claude plugin install ffmpeg-skill@ffmpeg-skill.
