Limbo 1.4.16 fixes Windows startup and installation issues and uses Sabine 0.26.

  • Fixes Chromium startup failures caused by missing ICU data beside the Windows runtime DLLs.
  • Gives the Sabine host more time to answer its startup check on slower machines and virtual machines.
  • Sets the Windows installer publisher to Kaleidal.
  • Prevents stale pending updates from offering or installing an older app version after a newer version has been installed.
