• A resumed session skipped SessionStart entirely. The hook's matcher was startup|clear|compact
  — Claude Code's resume source (claude --resume/--continue) was never in it, so on resume the
  worker self-heal probe, the version/stats banner, and any pending upgrade notice never ran. source?: 'resume' was already a typed, handled value in the hook's own payload; the matcher just never listed
  it. Matcher is now startup|resume|clear|compact.
