ContextForge v0.4.1 is a narrow correctness hotfix.

Fixed:

  • tracked DELETE Review can now produce a validated metadata-only Review Capsule without reconstructing deleted source;
  • rename round trips no longer leave stale generation-bound Git signals that block later durable indexing.

Preserved:

  • no new Review modes;
  • no MCP expansion;
  • no ranking changes;
  • no schema migration;
  • no historical source archive.

Verification:

  • 214 tests;
  • 720/720 frozen compiler cases unchanged;
  • 240/240 Capsule conformance;
  • Windows, macOS, and Linux Hosted CI;
  • packed and public-package CLI, Studio, and MCP smoke;
  • original DELETE and rename-round-trip public UAT reproducers.
