Question marks on scrubber are disabled when skip for now is not allowed.
Sometimes welcome screen is not displaying and controls are disabled. If happens ,please refresh page. Will be fixed in next release,

- KMS-8281 - Can't exit from quiz after seeking back to question in case of quiz was defined without "skip for now" option
- KMS-8484 Video loads with not clickable quiz window (video plays on background-only sound) after adding quiz without pressing on apply
- KMS-8199 (player) the '+' button (to add question) not displayed, when player in pause mode
