Uploaded all PyCharm-generated stubs so they can be used in any IDE that does not generate them automatically.
As a result, the repository was renamed.
Removed comments from all modules containing paths specific to a GIMP installation which are not portable.
The __path__ variables in all modules are set to an empty list as they likewise contained GIMP installation-specific paths.
