Aether v0.1.0

System requirements: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Aether is currently Windows-only; macOS and Linux builds are not available yet.

What's new in 0.1.0: First public release — the Aether coding IDE with agent mode, built-in terminal, and git support. Includes packaging fixes so the app starts reliably on a fresh install.
