Release list
Manoni 1.3.2
Manoni 1.3.2
Saving, in fewer clicks:
- The overwrite prompt now offers all three saves. It used to warn that overwriting can't be undone and then hand you only Save as… — even though its own text offered to "save a copy". You now get Overwrite / Save a copy / Save as… / Cancel, each with an icon, so declining an overwrite still saves your work in one click. Save a copy drops a numbered file beside the photo with no further dialog.
- The top bar reads as groups. A separator sets Open (which reads a folder) apart from the three saves (which write files).
- Quick copy has a clearer icon and tooltip — a copy-plus mark, and "in the same folder as the photo".
Georgian and Polish packs updated to match.

Manoni 1.3.1
Saving refinements:
- New session starts at the photo's folder. The Save as… dialog no longer reopens at whatever folder the last save happened to land in — each session defaults back to the current photo's folder. Your format, quality and metadata choices still carry over.
- Quick copy (Ctrl+E) now saves beside the photo. It drops a numbered copy into a subfolder next to the photo (
_edited/by default) with no folder to pick. The original is never touched and an earlier copy is never replaced. The separate quick-copy folder setting is gone. - Overwrite (Ctrl+S) is unchanged — it still writes your edits back over the open file.
Help, the website and the Georgian and Polish language packs were updated to match.
Manoni 1.3.0
Manoni 1.3.0 gathers the work that landed after 1.2.0.
Filters
- Three signature looks: Golden hour, Skin glow and Faded film — built on Manoni's own gold and skin mini-HSLs and on split-tone + grain.
- A dedicated Black & white set: Noir, Soft, Matte, Film, Selenium and Warm.
- Clarendon is renamed Pop, and the preview strip now leads with the boldest looks.
Help
- A new tabbed Help window (the "?" in the top bar): getting started, culling, keyboard, editing, filters, actions and save & export.
Language
- Georgian is now available as a downloadable language pack.
Performance
- The preview base builds about 3× faster on large photos.
- Film grain no longer re-rolls on every render, so it stays put while you edit.
- New cost dots mark the sliders and filters that make later edits heavier.
Manoni 1.2.0
Manoni 1.2.0 — layers, text overlays, faster culling.
Download: Manoni-1.2.0-Setup.exe below (Windows, ~17 MB). Windows SmartScreen may warn on first run — the installer is not yet code-signed; choose More info → Run anyway.
Layers & overlays
- Text and logo overlays now share one z-order: reorder them from buttons on the selection frame.
- Delete any text or logo straight from a chip on its selection frame.
- Text overlays gained the English font list, bold / italic, and a
…actions menu.
Culling & navigation
- Keep / reject with Enter and Backspace; all four arrow keys navigate.
Saving
- Save a copy (Ctrl+E) — writes a numbered file next to the original. No overwrite, no dialog.
Crop
- The footer's Cancel is now Reset, and the crop opens on the photo's own aspect ratio.
Docs
- README and the site now describe saving and culling correctly, including the third save mode.
