First public release.

SAOP (Sketch, Analyze, Optimize, Partition) is a read-only planning pass for Claude Code: it locks the goal, grounds itself in your real context, and returns a plan pyramid whose endpoints are each checkable, either at the desk or by one cheap real-world probe. It never implements a planned task until you approve.

The skill text was hardened by a three-round adversarial validation battery (97 evaluation agents, independent graders plus refuters, four confirmed failure classes fixed and regressed to green, core behaviors reproduced on Sonnet- and Opus-class models). Details in the README section "How it was tested"; the scenario battery ships in tests/.
