Initial functioning release.

Limitations:

• The editors and data for cloud and shadows are present, so they can be added to/removed from/changed on skies, but the preview currently does not integrate them.
• Additionally, loading .fezsky.json files that do not have an adjacent textures folder (as seen in skies unpacked by FEZRepacker) will quietly fail.
