Added CPU Video Support
- Port from GPU Implementation: CPU version now supports watermark embedding and detection for videos.
- Compatibility: FFmpeg is used for video, enabling support for a wide range of common video formats and codecs. Examples include H264, H265, AV1, VP9 codecs and MP4, MKV, AVI containers.
