The Time-lapse Studio

• Time-lapse recorder (☰ menu): snap frames with F or the camera button, or turn on auto-record and every change becomes a frame while you work. New: an auto-record grouping window (2s/5s/10s) collapses several quick edits into one keyframe.
• Motion between keyframes: every frame has a hold time and a move time. Elements travel, resize, rotate and recolor into the next frame. Stop-motion is the default: discrete shaky steps with a hand-drawn boil, the true time-lapse feel. Smooth, Snappy, Overshoot and Linear easings are there when a story wants motion design instead. Fps (3 to 25) sets the steps per second of every move.
• Camera keyframes (🎥): frames remember your zoom and position, and the export glides between them while the objects step.
• Onion skin (👻), live preview with scrubber (▶), frame multi-select (Shift and Cmd click) with bulk retiming.
• Recordings persist with the document: they survive reload and travel inside .json files.
• Export as looping GIF (zero-dependency GIF89a encoder with changed-rectangle diffing, streaming memory use, background-tab safe) or .webm video.
• Animated GIF export for pages (⬇ menu): each page a frame with its own duration, now on the same streaming engine.

Audit (this release)

• Hardened .json loading: recording frames capped and normalized, size guard counts recording elements.
• Security review passed: strict CSP (no external scripts, object-src none), no HTML injection sinks, SVG sanitization and font allowlist intact, MCP bridge bound to 127.0.0.1.

v3.60.1 — Stable

The stable release. Everything since v3.56:

• Vector stamps: select anything you drew, right-click → Save to gallery — it becomes a reusable, tintable SVG asset. Gallery SVGs export as real editable vectors.
• Pictures in shapes: select a rectangle, ellipse, diamond or chip and paste an image — it fills the shape, clipped by the sketchy outline.
• Corners dial: one slider rounds photo and rectangle corners, from sharp to full pill; frames and exports follow.
• Text wrapping: drag a text box's side handles to set its width and reflow the lines; corners still scale the type.
• Color library: save any color from the wheel as a reusable round swatch in every color row; applying a template harvests its palette automatically.
• Exact type control: the true font size always visible and editable next to S/M/L/XL, plus right-click copy/paste of just the text size.
• Plus everything from earlier releases: the Claude bridge with replica prompts, Brand Kit, 8 hand-drawn chart types, all of Google Fonts with 9 weights, per-page paper, snapshots, mind maps, presentations, and a strict CSP — all offline, no account, no server.

v3.56.1 — SVG exports carry real vectors

Patch on top of v3.56.0: Copy as SVG and SVG export now inline gallery SVG assets as genuine vector markup (editable paths, text and shapes in other tools), with tint and crop carried over and the inlined markup sanitized. Raster images are unaffected.

v3.56.0 — Feature-complete: Brand Kit, 8 chart types, tintable SVG, snapshots

KoralPaper is feature-complete. Everything since v3.48:

• Brand Kit: your colors, paper and fonts in one exportable file. Charts, templates, swatches and new documents follow it — and Claude designs on brand automatically.
• All of Google Fonts: search any family in the font picker, load it on demand, pick any weight from 100 Thin to 900 Black. Documents stay portable.
• 8 chart types from a spreadsheet paste: bars both ways, lines with a curviness slider, spider, pie, donut, heat map, tables — Sketchy or Clean, value labels, movable legend.
• Tintable SVG logos: gallery SVGs stay pure vector and recolor with one click.
• Per-page paper colors, artboard-only tinting, LinkedIn portrait & 4:5 presets.
• Merge tools: texts into one paragraph (in click order), texts into a shape's label — colors preserved.
• Snapshots: named checkpoints of the whole document, restorable anytime.
• Prompt recipes in the Claude tab: tidy, rebuild clean, mind map, carousel, summarize — click to copy.
• Security: strict CSP, validated inputs, zero innerHTML. All local, no account, no server.

v3.48.0 — Design replica via Claude + charts family complete

Highlights since v3.33:

• Full chart & table generator (B): bars both ways with negatives, lines, spider, pie, donut, elegant tables. Paste data straight from a spreadsheet, live preview, right-click Edit chart data to rebuild in place.
• Chart controls: Sketchy/Clean styles, curviness slider, grid line style and weight, value labels, percent/value slice labels, movable legend.
• NEW: recreate a poster, slide or PDF page from an image. Copy the replica prompt from the Claude tab in Help, paste into Claude Desktop with the image(s), and it rebuilds the design as an editable KoralPaper page (one page per image).
• Claude bridge 1.3.0 (koralpaper.mcpb attached): bold text support and poster-size type. Double-click to update the extension.
• Templates organized in foldable categories; letter-level text coloring; custom font picker.

KoralPaper v3.33.0 — Mind-map folding
