What's new

Inclusive bond model: both sides deposit the same amount (bounty + judge_fee). Symmetric skin in the game.

• Simplified escrow: inclusive_bond = bounty + judge_fee, both parties match
• Merged platform/judge wallets: platform runs the AI judge, single wallet for fees + tier costs
• New cancellation fees: 20% of bounty (was flat 0.005), split 10% reimbursement + 10% platform
• Grace period: zero fees if either side backs out within 30s
• Evil rulings: bounty to charity, judge_fee always returned minus tier_fee (insurance, not punishment)
• Min bounty: 0.19 XNO (judge_fee + 0.02 excess)
• New endpoint: GET /platform_info — advertised rates, minimums, court tiers
• SPEC.md rewritten for inclusive bond model
• Removed: min_bond, judge_account, flat cancel fees, DEFAULT_CANCEL_FEE
• 427 tests passing
