This release improves live voice startup on supported Codex Desktop builds, forwards chat-task updates into open calls, and corrects completed Claude Code scout status.
本版本改善受支持 Codex Desktop 版本的 live voice 啟動，將對話任務更新傳送至進行中的通話，並修正 Claude Code 子代理完成狀態。

Fixes

• Create native Desktop voice calls through the configured gateway while retaining the selected external Harness.
• Keep voice startup compatible with Desktop's security policy.
• Forward completed public progress messages and final answers from text or attachment tasks into an open voice call, including work already running when the call opens. Hanging up still lets the agent finish its work.
• Show completed Claude Code scouts as completed when their reports quote background-task wording, while preserving genuine background tasks.

• 語音啟動符合 Desktop 的安全策略。

macOS Gatekeeper

If macOS displays a verification warning after installation, run this command in Terminal and reopen codexhost:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/codexhost.app
