Karrio patch 2026.1.29

Hotfix release. Any deployment that hit the DuplicateColumn: column "archived_at" of relation "pickups" already exists error during migrate
on 2026.1.28 can now upgrade cleanly — the archiving migrations are made
idempotent and will reconcile partial database state.

Fix

• fix(manager,orders): make archiving field migrations idempotent so rolling
  deploys that partially applied DDL without recording the django_migrations
  row can run migrate to completion. Safe upgrade path from any prior version
  (2026.1.26+), including instances that are currently stuck on the duplicate
  column error.

Chores

• chore(documents): stop persisting POST /v1/documents/generate responses
  in api_logs. Generated PDFs are returned as base64 in the response body
  and were bloating the table on every call. Template CRUD endpoints
  (/v1/documents/templates*) remain logged for audit.
