What’s in this release

  1. Classic Wordle — Guess the hidden 5-letter word in up to 6 tries. Letters are shown as green (correct spot), yellow (in word, wrong spot), or gray (not in word).
  2. Wordle Bot suggestions — Optional mode that suggests up to 10 valid words based on your guesses so you can play with hints.
  3. Bot play-through — Option to let the bot play automatically, choosing from the remaining valid words each round.
  4. Word list — Game uses a bundled 5-letter word list; you can replace it with your own in the JAR or when building from source.

How to run

  1. JAR: java -jar Wordle-1.0.0.jar (Java 25 or compatible).
  2. From source: Build with Maven and run the Main class.
