synthetiq-anime-v1 1.0.5-beta.4

Choose a tag to compare

1.0.5-beta.4: Quality labels now report the real verified resolution. A single-height stream shows its actual height (e.g. 720p) instead of a bare "Auto", and the duplicate quality rows are gone. Fixes the report that the quality menu had no real options. Streaming and subtitle handling unchanged; captions appear only when the source actually serves a subtitle track.

1.0.5-beta.3: Search now groups every season of a show together, in order - searching a show name returns Season 1, 2, 3... (then movies/OVAs/specials) instead of a shuffled list, and result cards now show release years. Fixes the report that users had to type the show name with its season to reach the other seasons.
1.0.5-beta.2: Restores stream resolution on the current rescue CDN routes. Fixes titles failing to load on the released app by raising the in-app probe budget (2MB to 4MB), accepting size-capped reachability, and preferring routes without player-broken segment names. Sub/Dub and subtitles unchanged; verified on the released app runtime and S2.
1.0.4: Vidhawk-independent AniKage rescue source (labelled; used only when the primary has no verified media), byte-first segment validation, probe byte-cap fix for in-app playback, fair provider sweep and stalled-request caps. Fixes the module being fully dark during the Vidhawk media-relay outage.
1.0.4: Rescue routes pass the same positive media validation as primary routes and are never substituted across languages; episodes the rescue sources do not carry remain unavailable with an honest message.
Fresh provider links, available server alternatives, and provider captions with language labels.
Short probes decoded 30/30 Sub and 29/30 Dub samples. These are not full-device playback or spoken-language certification.
Known issues remain: Spy x Family episode 1 Dub returned Japanese audio; Naruto episode 1 Dub failed one seeked media sample. See the release QA notes.

dramacool-v1 1.0.2

Choose a tag to compare

1.0.2: Subtitles fixed — the source's player API (which carries the caption tracks) was unreadable to the module, so episodes played without the subtitles the site itself shows. The module now reads it, prefers the player that carries captions, and delivers every track with the headers it needs — English first, auto-selected.
1.0.2: Also fixed the empty home row and hardened captions (HLS subtitle renditions are surfaced; a stale caption link is hidden instead of showing a broken option). Verified on both app lines and S2 with captions confirmed in-app — up to 6 languages per episode.
1.0.1: Fixed multi-server stream extraction (KissKH, VidHide, VidBasic, Vidmoly) for 2026 dramas
1.0.1: Scoped episode parsing and prevented genre leaks across all drama series

megakino-v1 1.1.5

Choose a tag to compare

1.1.5: Fixed the module not working — the source moved to a new address again and the module kept calling the old one, which broke the source's login handshake. Search came back empty and nothing played. The module now asks the source where it lives and follows its own redirect on start, so the next move is followed automatically.
1.1.5: Verified before release — a movie and a series both play with real video segments, on both app lines (8.5.33 and 9.0.71), release gate ALL_PASSED.
1.1.4: Search fixed — the source moved to a new domain and switched to GET-based search; the module now follows the current host safely and uses the new search format, with pagination. Searching for series and movies works again.
1.1.4: Session hardening against the source's cookie gate and domain rotation — a stale domain can no longer take the whole catalogue down.

moviedb-wiki-v1 0.1.0-beta.14

Choose a tag to compare

0.1.0-beta.14: Quality labels for direct-file routes now show the REAL resolution, read from the file's own header (The Mentalist shows 1080p instead of a generic “Auto”; letterboxed titles show their true height, e.g. 816p). No extra network cost — the bytes were already fetched during validation.
0.1.0-beta.13: Streams are accepted in every format the source serves — direct MP4 and TS files now play exactly like HLS, with the format detected from the actual bytes instead of assumed. Fixes titles (e.g. The Mentalist) that played on the site but showed “no playable stream” in the app.
0.1.0-beta.12: Verified backup servers can start playback without waiting for a stalled primary; resolution and optional subtitle waits are bounded. Fresh retries bypass stale and failed cache entries, and obsolete requests cannot overwrite newer results. Invalid media responses and broken quality routes are skipped; headers and subtitles stay attached to their own route.
Quality labels follow available manifest dimensions, not invented qualities. Provider labels and availability can still be inaccurate. Automated decoder samples passed; not every advertised quality or physical-device workflow is certified.
0.1.0-beta.8: First public beta of the MovieDB engine (moviedb.wiki) - one-call playback resolve: a single request returns the adaptive HLS stream plus every subtitle language the source carries (English first; up to 150+ tracks on some titles). Two independent stream providers with automatic failover and seven per-source variants; every resolve is byte-validated and a background prefetch starts playback instantly. Movies and full seasons/episodes with real paginated discovery feeds. Not the default movie source - install alongside Synthetiq Movies.
Owner-approved public beta for all-user testing. Source-side notes: subtitle availability varies by title (some classics carry none) and can be momentarily flaky - the module retries automatically. Original audio; dubs are not labelled because the source does not carry them. Playback reports welcome in the Discord support channels.

alpha-movies 0.2.0-beta.3

Choose a tag to compare

0.2.0-beta.3: Embedded subtitles — captions are read from the stream itself when the source carries them (English first, 6+ languages on major titles), so subtitles keep working even when the external subtitle service is down. Poster fallback fixed (no more blank tiles) and title resolution fixed via Wikidata — titles such as Breaking Bad now resolve and play.
Oversized results on caption-rich titles are now size-budgeted for the app (no more failed resolves on big movies), and failed lookups report the real reason.
0.2.0-beta.2: First public beta of the Alpha Movies engine - three independent stream sources (Vidrock + Videasy + Stream Unity) behind one pipeline; every play returns multiple validated servers so a dead link no longer dead-ends. Posters now load via a cached image resolver; alternate-language audio sources are surfaced (labelled after English) and multi-audio streams show their track languages. Not the default movie source - install alongside Synthetiq Movies.
Owner-approved public beta for all-user testing; device-side certification and full playback QA are intentionally ongoing. Playback reports welcome in the Discord support channels.
