Initial SimpleShow idea and development roadmap. Perhaps a different name (SimpleEffects)?

Why: I was wanting to make the lights under my kitchen cabinet flicker and flash in sync with the lights in the movie Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban when Harry gets mad and "blows up" is Aunt... (the lights will be controlled by an arduino connected to a rapsberry pi on same LAN as the KODI/OSMC RPi-2)

Goal: Create a general purpose KODI Add-on which can be used to trigger show effects (lights, etc. via url) synchronized with video (or audio?) playback.

How: When play is started (Player.onPlayBackStarted()) SimpleShow will check for a file of same name as playing file with a different extension for SimpleShow (.ssxml ?). The (XML?) file will be loaded which will contain a list of time stamps with urls (UDP and/or HTTPs?) to send.

SimpleShow will need to monitor for stop, pause, speed change, seeking, etc.
Main Loop: Will check current playback time (Player.getTime()), calculate and wait until next time stamp then send URL. Loop...

Perhaps future versions could support: Start, stop, etc. to trigger sending URLs. A default file.
