The export includes active projects, open tasks, dependencies, goals, inbox metrics, the user's calendar date and time zone, and a versioned planning prompt.
• Privacy-aware LLM handoff — the exported snapshot records that it is not sent automatically and reminds users to review project, task, and goal text before sharing it with an external LLM.
