This collection of code includes a 2D hydromechanical model to simulate the spontaneous formation of localized fluid pathways and a post-simulation analysis code to identify pockmarks, calculate average vertical flux, porosity, and area, and estimates a range of fluid volume transport rates according to the size distribution of observe pockmark sizes on the Chatham Rise, New Zealand.
