[feature request] `Leet open` to open the current question in browser

Great tool! I enjoy using it.

A small request is sometimes, I want to check editorials or discussions within the leetcode.com platform and it would save few clicks if there was a command to open a current question in browser.

I'm willing to contribute with some guidance.

Sounds great,

• You would have to create a new function inside https://github.com/kawre/leetcode.nvim/blob/master/lua/leetcode/command/init.lua called open
• Append that function to commands table (it will automatically make it executable and visible in autocompletion)
• You can figure out how to get the current question by looking at the other commands.
• Once you get the current question, link should be available under q.cached.link

Seems pretty clear from the code structure.

However, I'm quite new to the nvim ecosystem and I struggle to run this plugin locally.
Do you mind telling me how to test this plugin locally before making any changes.

You need to fork this repository into config.dev.path specified inside lazy.nvim config. Then all you have to do is set dev = true in your leetcode.nvim lazy config.
