A small utility written as a GUI wrapper for ffmpeg to do CUDA accelerated encoding and decoding with motion interpolation options.
I'm sure there are lots of options out there but this small tool fits my needs.
Written with pseudocoding assisted in ChatGPT 3.5
Bug fixed: Labelling for CUDA NVENC and NVDEC was mixed up.
