• Cmd/Ctrl+Enter in an inline comment now performs send now; the save button remains the explicit way to keep a Pending draft.

• Images in the same Markdown table row keep distinct row-and-column identities through editing, send now, persistence, reload, and inline rendering.
• Table image comments show a readable image name, Markdown line, and column beside the status dot instead of an internal R/C coordinate.
• Saved inline comments keep their source text or image identity as a visible quote, while the status dot, location, and Pending badge remain aligned without overlap.
• Quiet preview refreshes retain already-mounted inline comment anchors, and split diff comments remain within their review column.
