Doom with sound

Now with full sound support (music and sound effects) through Bluetooth.

Note that you can't use controllers (keyboard/mouse with Bluetooth-HID-passthrough) and sound devices in the meantime.

Doom for all resolutions

This release adapts Doom correctly to all Kindle screen resolutions.

It also has some optimizations, like precomputed dithering table, faster pixel access for rendering... should run smoother.

The attached file contains the binaries for PW2 and HF Kindles (so it should run on every touchscreen Kindle); the correct architecture is detected at startup. The launchers for the original Doom and Doom2 are included.

To install, copy the content of the release file to your Kindle and add the game files DOOM.WAD and DOOM2.WAD to the doom folder. Launch it from KUAL.
