BREAKING CHANGE: state-aware setters (like SliceSet, SliceTune, TransmitSet) all have a context added as the first arg, and they all return (CmdResult, error) instead of just CmdResult. The error will be set if the context was canceled, but also possibly in other cases (for example if PanSet can't link a waterfall to a pan).
