Fix formatter integrations for notes with automatic-linker-off: true or automatic-linker-disabled: true. Automatic Linker skips link rewriting and URL title fetching while enabled Prettier and Obsidian Linter integrations still run in order. Individual integration settings and Linter exclusions remain respected.
Validation: 486 tests passed; TypeScript, lint, and production build passed.
