PREEMPT_RT Kernel 6.6.35-rt34 for Raspberry Pi

Raspberry Pi realtime Kernel 6.6.35-rt34

Warning: This release contains a bug which breaks WiFi on Raspberry Pi 5. Please use a newer release.

This is a PREEMPT_RT kernel build. 64 bit packages for Raspberry Pi 4 & 5 are included.

For this release, in installation instructions:

KERN=6.6.35-rt34-rpi-v8+       # Pi4 64-bit kernel
KERN=6.6.35-rt34-rpi-2712+     # Pi5 64-bit kernel

Note: The linux-image packages will show an error message when installing with apt, which is OK because that means it isn't overwriting the stock kernel. This allows easy switching between kernels.
