Minor bug fixes:

  • Changed lipid chain flag from -lc to -L to prevent unintended overlap with membrane specification
  • Fixed issue with ligand ID overlap for multiple-protein multiple-ligands issue
  • Fixed issue with CG topology when added ligands also in membrane
  • Continued chain fix started in v 0.0.2
