Changes

Consumer compatibility

This release includes output schema v3 and resource detector version 8. Review the README's observation identity, classification, and cache-invalidation guidance when upgrading consumers; rebuild consuming applications with the patched Go toolchain.

Validation: the released source tree passes Go 1.27.3 tests and vet.
