Breaking Changes

• lights.Set is now a value type. Therefore it is a struct with no exported fields rather than a map. Use the Contains method to test for membership. Instead of modifying in-place, use methods that return a brand new lights.Set. Or use lights.Builder for finer control when creating a lights.Set. It is now impossible to store non-positive light ids in a lights.Set instance.
