This is a bugfix release with query-handling fixes and internal refactoring.

• Preserve supported questions and records when a message contains unknown question
  types, instead of dropping the whole message. (#508)
• Preserve service announcements after an excluded address changes, instead of
  demoting an already-announced service back to probing. (#507)
• Encode and send negative (NSEC) answers for absent hostname records, per
  RFC 6762 section 6.1. (#509)
• Keep re-querying unresolved service instances while browsing. (#494)
• Refactor handle_query and insert_ipaddr for readability, with no behavior change. (#510, #511)
