Release version 0.33.0-2

Fork release on upstream 0.33.0. Each browser window can now keep its own open tabs, and Claude Code shows its thinking.

New

  • Each browser window can keep its own tabs — several windows on one server no longer follow each other: opening, focusing or closing a conversation tab in one leaves the others as they were, and a reload brings back that window's own tabs. Conversations, messages and deletions still reach every window. Controlled by "Sync open conversation tabs across windows" in Settings → General: off by default in a browser, on in the desktop app (where nothing changes).
  • Claude Code shows its thinking — with recent models Claude's thinking reached codeg as an encrypted signature only, so the thinking section stayed empty. Codeg now asks the API for thinking summaries, the same text the terminal claude shows with showThinkingSummaries on. Set "showThinkingSummaries": false in ~/.claude/settings.json (or a project's .claude/settings.json) to turn it off.

Note

  • Thinking from conversations before this version stays empty — the API never sent its text, so it cannot be recovered.
  • This build updates from keh4l/codeg, not from the official releases, and is signed with this fork's own update key.
  • Computer Use in this ad-hoc macOS build uses upstream’s development trust mode. The helper does not verify that its caller is codeg, so another local process could use permissions granted to it. Developer ID builds retain peer-signature checks.
  • The macOS app is not notarized. If macOS says it is damaged or can't be opened, run xattr -cr /Applications/codeg.app once, or allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security.

新增

  • 每个浏览器窗口可以有自己的一套标签——同一个服务器上开多个窗口时不再互相跟随：在一个窗口里打开、切换或关闭会话标签，其他窗口保持原样，刷新后恢复的也是本窗口自己的标签。会话、消息和删除操作仍会同步到所有窗口。对应「设置 → 常规」里的「跨窗口同步会话标签」：浏览器端默认关闭，桌面端默认开启（桌面端行为不变）。
  • Claude Code 能看到思考过程——新模型的思考内容到 Codeg 时只有加密签名，思考区域一直是空的。现在 Codeg 会向 API 请求思考摘要，和终端里打开 showThinkingSummaries 后的 claude 看到的一样。不需要的话，在 ~/.claude/settings.json（或项目的 .claude/settings.json）里写 "showThinkingSummaries": false。

注意

  • 这个版本之前的对话，思考内容仍然是空的——API 当时就没有返回思考文本，无法补回。
  • 这个版本从 keh4l/codeg 获取更新，不再接收官方版本的更新，并使用本 fork 自己的更新签名密钥。
  • 这个 ad-hoc 签名的 macOS 版本使用上游的开发信任模式提供电脑操作。 Helper 不校验调用者是否为 codeg，因此其他本地进程可能使用授予它的权限。使用 Developer ID 签名的版本会保留双方的签名身份校验。
  • macOS 应用没有经过 Apple 公证。 如果提示「已损坏」或「无法打开」，执行一次 xattr -cr /Applications/codeg.app，或者在「系统设置 → 隐私与安全性」里允许打开。
