Meet for Mac 1.0.1

Honest about iCloud.

Meetings are saved in ~/Documents/Meetings by default, so Spotlight indexes them and Ask for Mac can answer questions about them. If you have iCloud Drive syncing your Desktop and Documents folders, then Documents is iCloud, and macOS syncs your meetings to your other devices like any other file there.

That is macOS, not the app: Meet for Mac still uploads nothing, and the transcription and notes still run entirely on this Mac. But the promise should not be a surprise, so:

• Settings now shows a line under the folder when your Documents folder is in iCloud, with what to do about it.
• meetmac status reports it, and --json has a folderInICloud field.
• The README and Help say it plainly.

To keep meetings on this Mac only, choose a folder outside Documents in Settings.
