Permissions for Mac 1.1.1

Download Permissions-for-Mac-1.1.1.dmg (macOS 14 or later, Apple Silicon and Intel, 1.4 MB)

Open the DMG, drag the app to Applications, open it. The first time, right-click the app, choose Open, then Open again. Then grant it Full Disk Access when it asks; it reads that file and never writes to it.

Fixed in 1.1.1

A permission stored by path, where the path sits inside a folder the current user cannot look into (a root-only management agent under /opt, for example), was shown as "not installed". Out of sight is not gone; such entries are no longer called leftovers.
