Workspace-authoritative saved queries
- Ship no active built-in saved queries.
- Treat
.nimbalyst/tracker-plus.queries.jsonas the workspace's complete
runtime saved-query inventory rather than an overlay. - Activate no saved queries when the workspace catalog is absent or invalid.
- Reject
nullquery entries and the legacysavedQueriesregistry key so
there is only one source of query truth. - Preserve stable query IDs by moving six neutral predicate and traversal
templates intoexamples/tracker-plus.queries.jsonfor copy-and-edit use.
Generic query engine
- Preserve direct bounded predicates, standard traversals, dispatch mode, and
generic composed root-selection plus traversal queries. - Remove the injected
walk-ready-milestonesquery and project-specific
walk-readiness-v1projection. - Do not require
walkStage, buildState, comments, tags, or other optional
repository fields for saved-query discovery or validation. - Preserve pagination, query fingerprints, registry hashes, validation,
truncation reporting, provenance, and fail-closed dispatch/composed behavior.
Maintenance and validation
- Validate Tracker+ with Nimbalyst 0.72.8 and Extension SDK 0.3.0.
- Update fixable transitive development dependencies without crossing SDK or
host major-version boundaries. - Run the full Node, TypeScript, and Python suite, production build, package
verification, and Nimbalyst hot reload.
Closes GitHub issue #30.

Highlights
Configure richer queries without rebuilding
Installers can now define composed saved queries that select roots and expand
their typed relationship evidence in one bounded call. Predicate, traversal,
and composed templates are managed through the external workspace query
catalog.
Trust readiness and dispatch results at larger scale
Walk readiness is explicit about its native inputs and supporting relationship
evidence, and missing proof remains unknown. Dispatch scans now summarize early
policy exclusions before building detailed receipts, keeping ordinary large
workspaces within the safe response envelope.
New features
- Added evidence-backed walk readiness with predecessor, blocking condition,
blocking owner, runtime availability, and stored-versus-derived provenance. - Added installer-managed composed saved queries to
.nimbalyst/tracker-plus.queries.json.
Improvements
- Large dispatch scans retain auditable admission totals, reason counts, and a
stable fingerprint without returning a full detailed receipt for every
obviously out-of-scope row. - Terminal walk roots are authoritative, while nonterminal roots use one
consistent readiness fraction and percentage. - Role-distinct relationship edges continue to remain separate throughout
normalization and traversal.
Bug fixes
- Fixed saved role queries that could fail when a matching item also contained
legacy relationship fields. - Fixed multi-launch dispatch queries that could exceed the response envelope
before returning an otherwise complete result.
Known issues
- Tracker+ reads a host-managed SQLite schema. Revalidate compatibility after
upgrading Nimbalyst.

Documentation
Tracker+ 0.6.2
Tracker+ 0.6.2
Live-update reliability
- Packages every native reader generation with extension, adapter, and registry versions plus SHA-256 asset hashes.
- Starts Python from a verified immutable snapshot so a running helper cannot observe partially replaced extension files.
- Keeps active helpers on their coherent generation during updates.
- Returns fail-closed
READER_RESTART_REQUIREDdiagnostics when no complete generation is available. - Adds reader-generation provenance to query, traversal, and projection receipts.
Validation
- Mixed-generation and immutable-snapshot regressions pass.
- Package verification confirms all 12 required assets and their hashes.
- The packaged extension was reloaded and its stale backend was retired without restarting Nimbalyst.
- Live canaries report extension 0.6.2, adapter 3, registry 3, and a verified generation.
Fixes #16.

Role documentation
- Adds a dedicated guide distinguishing query roles from relationship scope and contribution roles.
- Explains role IDs, owner aliases, attention tags, native identity matching, and fail-closed unknown-role behavior.
- Provides neutral delivery, quality, security, and documentation role examples.
- Includes a ready-to-copy workspace registry that installers can edit without rebuilding the extension.
Roles remain selectors and graph metadata; they do not grant permissions, create identities, or change assignments.

Traversal correctness
- Validates only the selected traversal while preserving terminal
failOnbehavior. - Filters retired and out-of-scope records from selected results.
- Treats relationship scope and contribution roles as part of relationship identity.
- Resolves targets against the current canonical record.
Fail-closed dispatch
- Adds versioned
dispatch-eligible-work-v1multi-launch querying. - Produces deterministic, auditable dispatch receipts.
- Returns no dispatch candidates when warnings, errors, truncation, or incomplete evidence are present.
Installer-managed queries
Bundled query templates now live in reader/saved-queries.json. Installers can add, replace, or disable queries without changing extension code by creating .nimbalyst/tracker-plus.queries.json in a workspace.
Compatibility
- Extension version: 0.6.0
- Adapter version: 3
- Registry version: 3
Native Tracker Comments 0.1.0
First public release of the consent-gated, read-only Nimbalyst tracker comment bridge. Adds bounded comment pagination and one-call tracker orientation with workspace scoping, schema checks, identity minimization, and response limits. Validated on Nimbalyst 0.68.1 for Windows SQLite workspaces.
