Vim improvements

• J command — join lines with count support (3J joins 3 lines) and undo
• :q / :q! / :wq — quit via ex-command mode (the : goto-line bar now accepts vim commands)
• Horizontal scroll — long lines now scroll right to keep the cursor visible in vim mode

Status bar

• Cursor position — row:col displayed in the status bar when the editor pane is focused

SQL formatter

• JOIN ON stays on the same line
• WHERE AND/OR stays inline
• Three-part qualified names (schema.table.column) no longer broken
• CASE/WHEN/ELSE/END properly indented
• Subquery and CTE indentation via statement-frame stack
• No blank line between CTE ) and the outer SELECT

Other

• Schema highlight: CTE names no longer flagged as invalid table references
• SQL INSERT export: column names wrapped in [brackets]
• Row edit form: horizontal scroll for long field values
