Package definitions do not establish platform qualification. Published release
notes will identify available assets, supported baselines, and signing status.

Experimental Kelft 0.1.0-alpha.2. Windows binaries are unsigned; macOS binaries use ad-hoc signatures and are not notarized. Verify provenance and SHA256SUMS before use.
