The Development set consist of 5293 images in 16 classes:
- blurry-nothing - 176 images
- colon-clear - 267 images
- dyed-lifted-polyps - 457 images
- dyed-resection-margins - 416 images
- esophagitis - 444 images
- instruments - 36 images
- normal-cecum - 416 images
- normal-pylorus - 439 images
- normal-z-line - 437 images
- out-of-patient - 4 images
- polyps - 613 images
- retroflex-rectum - 237 images
- retroflex-stomach - 398 images
- stool-inclusions - 130 images
- stool-plenty - 366 images
- ulcerative-colitis - 457 images
The following files are provided in the Development dataset:
- Development dataset archive contains raw images stored in the separate folders named accordingly to the name of the class images belongs to.
- Development dataset features archive contains the extracted visual feature descriptors for all the images from the Development Dataset.
The Test dataset consists of 8740 images, each part of one of the 16 classes described in the Development dataset. For the Test dataset, we have decided to keep the class of each image a secret.
The following files are provided in the Test dataset:
- Test dataset archive contains raw images.
- Test dataset features archive contains the extracted visual feature descriptors for all the images from the Test Dataset.
