Closes all open items on GitHub's Community Standards checklist.

  • CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md — Contributor Covenant v2.1
  • CONTRIBUTING.md — dev setup, standards (strict TS, 100% coverage, conventional commits), what fits/doesn't fit the project
  • .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/bug_report.md — structured bug report with input type checkboxes and redaction reminder
  • .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/feature_request.md — feature request focused on IAM use cases
  • .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md — change type, checklist (tsc, lint, coverage, SECURITY.md)
  • README.md — contributing section now links to CONTRIBUTING.md
