You can try to automate this in Home Assistant, but ideally you should add a current sensor (CT coil) to the inverter so that it can control the grid output.

Any automation will likely be too slow as the power fluctuates a lot (Shading on your panels, loads changing in the house). If the tuya sensor is cloud based, you have this latency as well.

The addon can maybe automate things in 2-5 seconds (if everything is local!), but inverter would be able to change output in less than a second.
