- Made AGENTS.md crystal clear about always creating feature branches before any changes
- Added modern git switch commands instead of checkout
- Emphasized that master MUST be synced with origin before branching
- Added recovery instructions for making changes on wrong branch (stash/pop)
- Added paths-ignore to release.yml to skip releases for markdown-only changes

Remove 2-second tolerance from mtime comparison. Since we store the exact mtime in blob metadata ourselves, any tolerance could skip legitimately changed files. Added comment explaining this decision. Resolves PR review comment #13.
