The toolkit extends itself: every session ships the minting-clis skill (community CLI library first, mint with Printing Press second, MCP only when a CLI cannot exist), and fleet orchestrators gain the toolsmith move — dispatch a member to mint the missing tool, then re-dispatch the task with it. Linux requires glibc 2.27 or newer; the archive verifies this exact floor before staging.
