First CI-built collar image: Raspberry Pi OS Lite arm64 with the current Python firmware installed (not enabled), apt packages baked in at build time, USB host mode, UART0 console. Wi-Fi/hostname/user via Raspberry Pi Imager customisation. Image assets are attached by the build-image workflow when it finishes.
