Alarms moved to the official Ollee app

FreeOllee's standalone alarm feature is removed — the official Ollee app handles alarms well now, so use it (or the watch itself) to manage them. The SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM/USE_EXACT_ALARM permissions are dropped along with it.

⚠️ If FreeOllee armed an alarm on your watch, it will keep ringing daily (the watch stores it with a repeat-every-day mask) until you change or disarm it via the official Ollee app or on the watch. Upgrading FreeOllee does not touch the watch's alarm record.

The quick timer's alarm mode is unchanged: flip it on to enter a wall-clock time and send a one-shot countdown that fires at that moment.

Battery: notification badge pushes throttled

The notification count overlay now writes to the watch at most once per minute. Bursts of notifications collapse into a single update carrying the latest count (previously every change could wake Bluetooth after just 2 seconds); a lone notification after a quiet spell still shows up within a couple of seconds.
