Second public release

I have released a new version of CAC4TEAMS.

This release adds support for using the CAC4TEAMS_NOISSUERS environment variable to strip the issuer list from the query dictionary. This can significantly speed up the authentication process if you have a large number of expired certificates in your Keychain.

As always, polite feedback is welcome.
