Update wiki for ~80 PRs merged since the last wiki refresh:
- Dashboard: customizable widgets, per-widget settings, new default and
opt-in widgets, Favourite Reports
- Accounts: loan/mortgage detail page, payment/mortgage setup fields,
guided auto-detect, line-of-credit view, type/text filters
- Reports: Credit Utilization, Loan Overpayment Simulator, Monte Carlo;
Portfolio Value per-security view; loan detail page tools; count fixes
- Investments: on-page asset allocation and portfolio value charts,
security description/tags
- AI: entity deep-links, write confirmation cards, chat attachments,
movable panel, corrected MCP tool table, relay insights/forecast,
rate limits
- Transactions: locale-aware amount/date search, amount/status/period
filters, categorized transfers
- Categories & Payees: auto-merge payees, categorized transfers,
auto-assign backfill, view-transactions jump
- Bills: split toggles, scheduled-transfer category
- Settings: corrected AI/email language behavior

docs: add backup/restore page and update wiki for v1.8.0-1.8.16 features
New page: Backup and Restore (manual/auto backups, restore, retention policies, Docker volume config).
Updated pages: undo/redo shortcuts, copy/duplicate/schedule-as-recurring,
Every 4 Weeks frequency, favourite account reordering, brokerage market value
on dashboard, income vs expenses chart (last 5 weeks, category-type filtering),
investment filtering by account, delete unused securities, clickable tag
filtering, PDF export for reports, Ollama local URL support, settings
sidebar/tab navigation, email reminder colour-coding, display density modes,
date field keyboard shortcuts, and new settings (timezone, week starts on,
show create date).

Add Tags wiki page and update related pages
- New Tags.md covering tag management, tagging transactions/splits,
scheduled transaction tags, filtering, and inline creation
- Home.md: add Tags to table of contents, key features, and quick nav
- Transactions.md: add Tags field to form fields, filters, and splits
- Bills-and-Deposits.md: add Tags field to scheduled transaction form
