What changed

Serialize Ollama requests and use a bounded context so Single-RSC and Single RS 2012 can safely share one local model.
Move Ollama conversation persistence and world-bot state writes off the game loop.
Index bot, avatar, and combat-target lookups for smoother large populations.
Remove forced garbage collections that could pause startup and map loading.
Restore specialized ladder handling on desktop and Android.
Remove local character saves from tracked release content.
